The house is named after the largest city in Morocco , with its romantic name , Casablanca . The early Portuguese explorers knew Casablanca  as Casabranca , which means ” white house ” . Casablanca has been inhabited since the 7th century , but in 1755, completely destroyed by an earthquake . The city was later rebuilt and gained fame as a result of the 1942 movie , Casablanca , with Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman in the lead roles .

Casablanca has three double bedrooms and four single beds in the living area, open-plan kitchen with counter and high chairs.  Outside on the patio you have a beautiful view with two braai’s and outside table perfect for summer evening dinner.  Inside is a coal stove for the cold winter’s days.  Bedding and towels is included.  We also have a few table games to play with the family or friends as well as some magazines.  There is an inside bathroom with a bath and toilet and an outside shower and separate toilet.
