The home is of generous proportions with large, open-plan living spaces, over-sized bedrooms, all en-suite bathrooms, private verandas and an all-weather entertainment area with built-in braai/barbecue, solid oak bar and occasional seating overlooking the flat lawn area, landscaped garden and Atlantic Ocean.
The entire home is accessible to guests.

We have a Housekeeper/Gardener that comes in daily to work within the home and to assist with your needs.
Other things to note
The home has been carefully designed to protect the entertainment areas from the summer winds so as to enjoy the pool and outdoor lifestyle.
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

The moving around of furniture, furnishings, beds and appliances is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly permitted only in the designated outdoor areas where steel cigarette buckets are placed. No cigarette butts are to be thrown onto the lawn, into the garden or into the outdoor fire pit.
We insist that our guests strictly comply with our Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Under no circumstances do we tolerate unruly guests and/or bad behaviour, guests that fail to maintain a strict code of cleanliness within our home and guests that abuse our property, its facilities, equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings. We reserve the right to have our Property Manager and/or Owner inspect our home from time-to-time during our guests stay and in the event that our Property Manager and/or Owner in his/her discretionary opinion feels that our home and its facilities are being abused by guests, we reserve the right to notify our guests to immediately vacate our property without refund or compensation what-so-ever. Our policy of stay remains strict in all respects and no leniency in such regard will be tolerated and/or considered.
Prior to check out, guests are required to clean and tidy our home thoroughly and to leave the home in the pristine condition as it was at the time of guest check in, failing which an additional cleaning charge will be claimed for against the guest.
Whilst we accept that accidents do occur, we insist that our guests are required to report breakages, damages and/or faults immediately to our Property Manager and/or Owner of Romans Villa. Such breakages or damages are to be retained in the home for our inspection and verification for an immediate damages recovery claim against the guest.
A booking reservation will be confirmed by the owner of Romans Villa once guests agree to our Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

1. Rates quoted are on a per night basis.
2. Where applicable, USD Rack and Promotional Rates are calculated using a rate of exchange of ZAR11.50/USD.
3. The Proprietor shall not accept any bank charges relating to credit/debit card payments, international bank charges, immediate payment clearance charges, etc.
4. Guests will be afforded the exclusive use of the villa and bedrooms for the number of guests staying as stipulated in the Reservation Agreement.
5. Minimum stay is 2 nights, excluding dates of stay falling over public holidays and/or long weekends, or peak season.
6. Should the dates of stay fall over pubilc holidays and/or long weekends, then the minimum 2 night stay shall fall away and the guests will be required to incorporate the additional nights to include the public holiday/s and/or long weekend, failing which the reservation shall not be considered for acceptance.
7. Breakages Deposit amount as per schedule to be charged per booking. Any breakages/missing items and/or excessive cleaning will be claimed for regardless of the value of the broken/missing item/s.
10. The Guests are to acknowledge and accept Romans Villa House Guide & House Rules, failing which the Proprietor shall decline the reservation.
11. The villa will be serviced daily between 08:00 and 11:00, thereafter the Housekeeper shall continue with his mandatory duties and will not be available to guests requests.
12. Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notification.
